All inflatables are to be set up on even, level ground and staked by 18'' stakes.

The set up area should be cleared as well as the path to the set up area.

We do not set up on uneven surfaces, gravel, rock or sand. The user is required to inform us of an alternate ground set up, like concrete.

We are not liable for in-ground water, or power lines. Those must be marked and cleared before arrival of unit.

Per inflatable, a 110v plug needs to be within 75 feet of where the unit is set up for the use of the blower. If a wet inflatable, a water source needs to be within 100 feet. We provide an electrical cord but not a hose.

We do not allow the use of a generator.

Yes, set up and take down is included in the price.

Big Dog Inflatables is not responsible for the rain or bad weather conditions. This includes rain, thunder, lightning and high winds. Once an inflatable is dropped off and set up there is no discount or refund at this point. Should there be high wind speeds the inflatable must be deflated until safer conditions.

To ensure safety of the users no food or drink is allowed. Shoes and sharp objects are also not allowed. As well as users with medical conditions or even pregnant. Wrestling and rough play is not allowed and hanging on netting or off the side of any inflatable is not allowed either.
